You can enjoy morning coffee and breakfast or just relax a in the afternoon or evening breathing fresh air. We constantly remodeling and redecorating. Your needs and comfort is our priority. This apartment is very clean and supplied with all you might need, while you stay here. Fully equipped kitchen, fresh sheets, all towels and beach towels, beach chairs ,and so much more. We just did huge downstairs decking and entire landscaping, so you van enjoy to sit privately with more friends or family.

We appreciate and respect your privacy, but we are available to help you any time, that you might need us. We care, that your vacation is most pleasurable and memorable as possible.

Great stay!

Such a cute place and great location within walking distance to the beach. Everything was clean and well put together and the management company responded so quickly and to our messages. Would definitely stay here again if we get to come back to the area.

Beautiful condo with ocean view!

Our group enjoyed the stay immensely! Everything you need and walking distance to the village. Very spacious and clean. Would definitely stay again!!

Quick getaway

Location of this apartment was amazing! We brought some beach items with us like a wagon, chairs, boogie boards, and paddle board. You do not need to bring chairs or boogie boards as the house has these for you. Very convenient to beach and the village. The size of the apartment is the size of a large condo. The beach is beautiful. We enjoyed our time here.

Relaxing

Perfect location to beach access and the village. No vehicle needed. We bought a small cooler to take to the beach and everything else was provided. No worries and no hassle. Great trip

Big and Comfortable

Great location, apartment was clean, big, comfortable, multiple little places to hang out. My only criticism is that the WI-FI is weak ( could not connect often ) , and the TV only has weird channels.

Why they chose this property

This 2 bedroom apartment is located right in Siesta Town and almost on the beach, but in the same time it is on very private street, away from traffic and noise. Has a lot of parking space . This property was always maintain very well and treated with love . We had greatest time living there and wonderful memories. It is beautiful, safe, and clean. It is still very precious place for us, and I hope you will enjoy it as well.

What makes this property unique

Beautiful oversized lanai connected to both bedrooms, that you can enjoy all year round. Outside decking and front porch are some great features to this apartment. Prime location, and only 3 minutes walk to the beach in a same time only walk 3 minutes to the center of the town, but house is located on the side quiet, safe street .
