Our apartment is a modern and confortable one. It is also a brand new property with all amenities and utilities you would need.
There is a fully equipped kitchen, two big bathrooms and a livingroom. The furniture and bed and bath clothes are also new.
The apartment is located in a very handy area of the city, a ten-minute walk from the old town and just next to the University Campus where there is an amazing park.

Delightful modern apartment

We had a great stay in this comfortable apartment. It's immaculately decorated with every facility you could want including heating (yes, it can be cold in Northern Spain in April!). Fernando was the most helpful and informative host, picking us up in the centre of town after our flight. He suggested lots of things to do including a traditional music festival in the nearby town of Arzua which proved the highlight of our trip. Fernando also came out especially to bring us back home, an extremely generous act. We'll definitely be back!

My wife and I lived in this apartment for 3 years. We had here our two children, but now the family is growing and we are moving to a bigger home in the outskirts. This 3 years have been the better years in my life and the apartment was part of it. Nice place to enjoy the city and the region, but also to rest and enjoy your family in one of the many nearby and gorgeous parks.
