The Space:

Dream Sayulita is defined by its corner perspective. Pacific, hillside, and Sayulita town views extend from the open living spaces to the private terrace and plunge pool. Changing light across the landscape gives mornings and evenings a different character.



Large sliding glass doors bring natural light into the living spaces while connecting the interior to the terrace. The corner plunge pool offers a place to cool off, begin the day with coffee, or unwind after exploring town.



The open layout brings the kitchen, dining area, and living space together while giving each bedroom privacy.



Dream Sayulita accommodates up to four guests:



Primary bedroom: King bed and ensuite full bathroom

Second bedroom: Double bed

Additional full bathroom



The kitchen includes filtered water. Air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer/dryer combo support the stay.



Across Caivama, shared amenities include rooftop infinity pools and lounge areas, a family pool, hot tub, yoga space, fitness center, coworking lounge, hammock area, and social spaces. Rooftop amenities are reserved for guests and residents age 18 and older; families have access to the family pool.

The Neighborhood:

Sayulita brings together surf culture, colorful streets, local artisans, restaurants, cafes, and an active town center. Spend time along the beach, explore the shops and galleries, take a surf lesson, or discover the food and creative community that shape the town.



Caivama's hillside setting offers a different perspective on Sayulita. It remains within walking distance of the beach and town while sitting above the busiest streets.



Beyond Sayulita, the Riviera Nayarit includes beaches, coastal villages, hiking trails, and seasonal whale watching.



Getting Around:

Many guests walk between Caivama, downtown Sayulita, and the beach. Caivama occupies a hillside setting, so routes around the property and town include slopes.



Street parking is available near the property. Caivama does not provide on-site car parking, including for Dream Sayulita guests.



The owner offers a golf cart for rent separately. The golf cart has a designated space in Caivama's motor lounge where it can charge. The space is reserved for that golf cart and cannot be used for car parking.

Penthouse setting and access

Dream Sayulita is a corner penthouse within Caivama and is accessible by elevator. Caivama is a stepped hillside complex of connected buildings rather than a conventional high-rise tower. Site levels follow the elevation of the property.



Occupancy

The property accommodates no more than four registered guests.



Pets

Pets are not permitted.



Car parking

Street parking is available near the property. Caivama does not provide on-site car parking, and Dream Sayulita guests cannot park a car in the motor lounge.



Golf cart

The owner offers a golf cart for rent separately. The golf cart has a designated space in Caivama's motor lounge where it can charge. That space is reserved for the owner's golf cart.

Caivama's pools, hot tub, fitness center, yoga space, coworking lounge, hammock area, and social spaces are shared with residents and guests. Rooftop amenities are reserved for guests and residents age 18 and older. Families have access to the family pool.

Parties and events are not permitted. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be considerate of residents and other guests when using the property and shared areas.
