This place was exactly as shown on the pictures. Very clean, smells really good. The kitchen had all you will need. All tiled which is excellent when travel with pets. Good location closed to downtown, beaches and museums. Love it!
Very clean. Pet friendly, even had a dog bed. Exactly as pictured except the dock was updated. The FULL bed (European Queen) could definitely use an update.
I really enjoyed my stay this is my second time and trying to make it a 3rd time. And The property was clean

There is no regular oven, regular coffee maker or can opener. And if you plan on using the kayaks make sure you sign a waiver days ahead of time because if you wait til your ready to kayak, you may never get the waiver in time. Which is one of the main reasons why we picked that site.
I stayed here for 2 weeks and it worked out perfectly. The property is in a great location in a quiet neighborhood across the street from the water. I had my dog with me and we could easily walk in the neighborhood and to a couple of coffee shops. There is also a lovely dog park less than a mile away, While there are a number of units on the property, everyone I met was friendly and it made for a nice community if you are staying for a bit. The cleaning/maintenance staff are there daily and are extremely responsive and friendly. There are a number of shared spaces/amenities: the dock, & washer/dryer but they were clean and always available when I wanted to use them. I can recommend this property for those looking for a place to call home for a bit
Great lil spot. But if others are in the neighboring rooms, well let’s just say you can hear everything. If your a heavy sleeper then your good. Well I’m not and I was up all night with the guest in the front rooms

A lovely property but a work in progress. They were painting the dock every day we were there and doing construction upstairs. However the hosts are lovely and very accomodating and the apartment was quite clean. Needs more cookware though. A skillet, stock pot and saucepan are a bit limiting

They changed rooms on us last minute. The dock which was the sole reason to go with this location. Was under repair. Bed was uncomfortable. The actual room, was very clean and great location.

This property was ok… I had to reach out to the host to ask for the check-in instructions and the building number provided was wrong, but thankfully the property manager was quick to respond. When we entered the space, it didn’t look like it had been cleaned. The runner was in a crumpled heap by the door, the standing mirror was smudged, there were wrappers in the couch cushions, the dishwasher was still full, the toilet had mold in it, etc… When we made the property manager aware, they sent the cleaning crew out promptly and they took care of it.The kitchen is also not very well stocked. One sauce pan, one frying pan with a lid that doesn’t fit, and only a few kitchen tools. If you’re planning on cooking, bring your own supplies. The bathroom door barely latches shut and sometimes took multiple attempts to close. The pipes in the bathroom also make a strange gurgling noise after the shower runs or the toilet flushes but no visible plumbing problems, just an off putting sound.Overall, we used this as a place to sleep and eat a few meals. It’s fine for that.
We really enjoyed our stay while waiting to close on our house. It made a very stressful situation enjoyable. The house was clean, parking was sufficient and we were able to walk our dog around the neighborhood. We felt very safe.
