This house was nice and tidy and clean. It had a lot of room and the kitchen was well stocked. Loved how clean the couch and the floors were. So many cute aesthetics and nothing junky or overpowering. Loved the quiet ceiling fan in the master.

We stayed here for 10 days while considering a move to the Joplin area. We chose this rental bc it is pet friendly and had a fenced back yard. The neighborhood is nice, quiet and convenient to all of Joplin and Webb City. The house itself was comfortable and very clean. Our host was very responsive to our questions and open to my suggestions for making the house even more inviting. We will definitely be using this house again if we make the decision to move in the future.
