Absolutely loved it! My friends and I needed a place to stay for a weekend birthday trip to Atlanta and this was exactly what we needed - house was very clean, beds were comfortable and plenty of room for all of us, plus we were so close to everything we wanted to do. Just a few minutes from the zoo, a quick drive to downtown, and plenty of good places to eat nearby. Everything we could have asked for!
The house met my expectations. The inside of the home looked exactly liked the pics. The location was within minutes of the venues I visited during my stay.
Host was welcoming, provided snacks, allowed for us to have family members visit the home for a small family gathering. Host was quick with answering any questions. House is very clean and beautiful. Some of the curtains and carpet should be replaced. The kids loved the bunk bed. Probably not the greatest area of Atlanta for a family, but the house is nice. Overall a great stay!
The house was lovely—very clean, well-kept, and the beds were wonderfully comfortable, almost like they were trying to lull us into staying an extra day . The only challenge we ran into was the temperature control; the thermostat didn’t stay on the settings we selected, which made things a bit unpredictable at times. That said, the host was incredibly friendly and communicated quickly throughout our stay, which made everything easier. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place for any family visiting the Atlanta area.
The house at 999 Washington has many good features and mostly as described. The beds were comfortable, the house was well decorated, and appeared to be clean. However, I recommend that the host maintain and monitor pest control as there are bugs in the home. The front and back lawn needs to be maintained as the grass is overgrown. Also, the owner/host should work with the city and/or community group to address unsightly trashed filled lawn directly across the street. Although a good option to include board games, the games were all missing pieces. Hope customers and the owner find this review helpful.
