About this property

This modest and spacious home is located on a quiet crescent, steps from Little Qualicum River and a short 6 min drive to the Village of Qualicum Beach. Included in the rental is everything you would need to feel comfortable: king sized bed, linens, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, in-suite stacking washer/dryer, one and a half bathrooms, spacious living room, bright dining room, private, fenced back patio and, parking for one vehicle. Hot water, heat, parking and Wi-fi are all included - no cable TV. While you’re here and in exchange for this reduced rental rate we ask that you care for our two cats.

No cleaning service provided as this is a fixed term tenancy. We will leave the name and number of a reliable house keeper if you wish to pay them directly.

This home would ideally suite someone looking for a a 2 and a half month term rental in a very quiet neighbourhood.
