Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
All Adult Guests must provide a State photo I.D. Guests must sign a condition of property form on day of arrival No Shoes Allowed, Please remove at the door. Shoe racks provided in front closet.
Smoking tobacco, marijuana, similar products that rely on vaporization or aerosolization in or on the Premises is Prohibited by tenant or guests. Please keep doors closed to prevent flies etc in home.
Place all bedding, sheets, bedspreads blankets, towels, dish towels in white laundry basket in Bathroom. Empty All trash and place in trash barrels, on side of home, be sure to close lids securely.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please, No shoes allowed inside home. There is a shoe rack in closet next to front door wi/shoe rack, and another next to kitchen slider.
No smoking, including marijuana, cigars etc
