4/3 Beautiful House with a huge lot & Parking(Heated Pool)
Beautiful massive lot house very well located in Miami. Next to highways and 5 min away from Miami Beach. The house has a huge parking area for cars and even boats! The house has been completely remodeled and the basement has been finished with another bathroom, ping pong table and poker table. Please take care of our big property! We do want people to respect our neighborhood. We could accept 12 guest upon request.

Why they chose this property
The house is huge and has a lot of charm. Recently renovated with a new basement, and inground heated pool and a perfect backyard. You will not find a vacation rental house this size in Miami for the actual price.
