Beautiful and well maintained property. The view is wonderful. Travel into Ellicotville is 10 minutes and there is lots to do there.Defintely a place to return to.

Great host. He was very easy to work with and when he noticed that a storm was approaching he was very flexible on our arrival and departure times. Additionally, this is a great property. Plenty of room, large bedrooms with comfortable beds. All in all this was a very good property for a family ski adventure.

Decent place for our large group. Peaceful setting, large and clean house, no major issues.A few minor issues:- The lawn hadn't been mowed recently enough- The gas grill was broken- The basement was a little damp and would benefit from a dehumidifier

We're glad the peaceful setting and the large, clean house worked well for your group. On the few points you raised: the lawn is mowed weekly, though it can grow quickly between visits, and we've since gotten a new grill after learning a burner was out. There's also a dehumidifier available for the basement if dampness comes up. Thanks for sharing the feedback.

They was not enough comfortable sitting in the main floor living room. The picture shows a couple chairs to sit in. There was only 1 couch to sit on. The whole point of getting a house is so we could gather together and visit. That was pretty disappointing.

The main floor living room does include 6 chairs along with a bench and 2 stools in addition to the couch, and this seating arrangement has been consistent for several years. Cozy!

Fran was very helpful if we had questions. Home is roomy for multiple families. We could have used more towels, so consider bringing extra if you have a lot of people or a longer stay. Very convenient location for visiting the ski resort, tubing out to go into town!

Aesome friends trip

Had a Geist trip with a bunch of friends. Had a bunch of fun and the scenes were amazing. Property manager was great to communicate with in the cabin was very clean and had an awesome setup

Family time!

Great place to stay for our family to all be together for our parents 50th anniversary. Being able to spend time together, enjoy each others company, cook nice meals, and fill the house with lots of laughter was priceless! The location was excellent, house perfectly fit all of us and really had everything we needed! Owner was so friendly and accommodating! Very grateful for finding this place, we enjoyed everything about it!!

Beautiful, spacious, close to ski slopes and town

We shared this house with another family, and it very nice to have so much space and a nice big kitchen and living room, which has a great view of the mountains. This house is gorgeous and we were well taken care by the owner. If you are lucky enough to be there on a snowy weekend, good to have 4-wheel drive and/or snow tires to make it up the driveway. We loved our stay and hope to return again.

Unbelievably quiet location near Buffalo, NY. Cell reception not so great but there's a land line so you're covered. Owner very nice and responsive.

Wonderful Fall Weekend with Friends

My wife and I and three other couples stayed here for a long weekend. Beautiful grounds with lovely views. We especially enjoyed sitting on the deck and walking along the road. The open floorplan was good for our group inviting cooking and conversation. We also enjoyed the outdoor firepit and indoor fireplace. It is conveniently located to the downtown area of Ellicottville. A couple of cautions... The downstairs had a musty basement smell. Luckily we didn't need to use the bedroom that was down there. We did not use the lower level at all. Also, the photo shows two armchairs in the living room which were missing so we didn't have adequate comfy seating for more than a couple people.

The house was in a great location.

It was big enough for all 10 of us comfortably. The deck was great and the lower deck was nice for shade. There was more then enough chairs to sit on plenty of wood for a fire and plenty of places to sleep.

Lots of Space!

We had 3 families and had so much room for everyone to sleep and hang out together! Loved the fireplace and coziness. Very clean and comfortable. Easy and spacious parking and beautiful views all around. Will definitely stay again! The host was wonderful! So hospitable, generous welcoming and easy to work with. Would rent from them all the time!

House was exactly what we needed size and space wise.Clean & functional.Very warm and welcoming.

We enjoyed our stay. I wish we had planned and brought a few more things for the kitchen. Like ziploc storage bags and aluminum foil. But other than that we were well stocked and had a blast.

Beautiful home & great location!

The home was very clean and plenty of room for the 12 of us. All the essentials were available at the home - only needed to bring food and drinks. The drive to town and activities was close yet the home was somewhat secluded in the countryside. Beautiful place and would recommend to families looking to get away. Property managers were excellent and very responsive.

Very good house

If u want space and proper sleeping space for everyone in your party, this is the place to go for. Located in a very serene location, it has a pleasant view from patio. Lawn is great. Rooms and restrooms are neat and good looking. Worth the money.
