Property was very clean and very good amenities. Very close to the water. Pathway was a little steep (no handrails) for senior citizens that were with us but definitely easier than others we have been too. Great Property overall!
We had a wonderful trip! The kayaks and floating water pad were very nice to have. I was very impressed with the extra measures that were taken to eliminate flies and mosquitoes so that we could enjoy the deck at night. We brought bug spray but never had to use it.
Our family had an excellent stay at this beautiful lake home! It is very clean, has an amazing view, and was the perfect place for our family to spend Thanksgiving together. We will definitely return!
We had an amazing stay at Smith Lake! The house was exactly what we were looking for—beautiful, spotless, and with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable, and everything was well maintained. The highlight was definitely the dock. It was absolutely perfect for our boat, swimming, fishing, and just hanging out by the water. The dock setup is fantastic, and the lake itself is gorgeous with crystal-clear water and incredible views. We spent our days boating, tubing, and relaxing, and our evenings enjoying the peaceful setting. If you’re looking for a place to make unforgettable family memories on Smith Lake, this is it. We couldn’t have asked for a better weekend and are already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend!
Great house on Smith Lake. Our family had a memorable 5 days. Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, great grill, kayaks and the floating Lilly pad were a big hit. Too bad my husband wasn’t able to snag a fish despite trying for 4 days! Just wasn’t in the cards, but he enjoyed every minute of it. Highly recommend. I suggest driving during daylight hours.
Loved the openness of the floor plan. Kitchen is large and has everything you could need to cook all your meals. I’ve never seen so many pots, pans, dishes, bowls in a rental property before. That was definitely a bonus. Large kitchen table sat all 8 adults easily for all our meals. Loved the back deck and all the comfortable furniture. The view of the dock was perfect from the deck. Loved the covered area on the second level of the dock. Loved that this unit allowed for 2 dogs. We’ve never been to Smith Lake this late in the season before and we were quite shocked at how low the water was. What we thought was a short drop off from the bank to the water was quite cliffy in fact and proved a little scary for the dogs as there is not much grass area. My only recommendation would be to add mirrors to the bedrooms since there are only 2 bathrooms and it sleeps 10. And, maybe the addition of a fire pit. Added bonus…the marina delivered the pontoon and jet skis we rented to our dock!
Great place on a Great Lake! Will definitely be back and couldn’t ask for a better rental!

So glad you had a great time! June is a great month at the lake. The water is warm for swimming and boating!
Jumping off the top of the dock is one of the favorite things to do for younger renters. Sitting on the deck and watching the sun set is a favorite for those not as adventurous! That's where you'll find us!
The house was clean and comfortable for our group of 7 plus pups. We enjoyed sitting on the deck in the morning and sunsets from the dock at night. We rented a pontoon for 3 days to explore the lake and were blown away by how gorgeous it was, we will definitely be back!
I've stayed here several times and will be back. It's the perfect place for a relaxing trip to the lake. The view is great and the dock is good for swimming, fishing and relaxing. Bruce is a great host as well.
Property was very clean. Home was very spacious. Check in and check process was super easy. Would definitely stay here again. Property was very well taken care of!
