Overall a great experience. Small but space is maximized with how the owner did the interior spaces. Like a page out of Ikea in real life. Perfect for our family of four as we transitioned from work/school in Columbia to move to TX. We had a full kitchen with everything we needed, two full baths and laundry. Plus our dog was allowed and staying on the first floor gave us access to the fenced in yard. Bill was a phenomenal host and super responsive. Neighbors upstairs could be loud - footsteps etc as it is an apartment but that isn’t a reflection on the host or the apartment. Overall it was quiet at night and I would stay here again in the future.
