Located just minutes from hiking trails and so much more, this is the perfect base camp for your Pocono mountain adventures.

Inside:
• A beautiful living area with a fireplace with electric insert and 4K TV is the central hub for family gatherings
• The master suite features a built in fireplace and 4K TV for ultimate relaxation
• A dedicated children's room with bunk beds
• A fun bedroom with a twin over full bunk, cocktail video game system and folding sofa provides separate space for kids and adults
• Fully equipped kitchen
• Basic Linens and towels are provided
-Pool/beach towels are not provided
-No sheet provided for Pack 'n Play
• Home has modern heat pump and AC

-Bedroom 1: Queen bed
-Bedroom 2: Twin over Full Bunk Bed with a futon couch
-Bedroom 3: Twin Bunk Bed

Additional Details
• Transaction Fee per Rental: $20
• Gate Card Fee: $20
• Temporary Membership (age 6 and over):
 $2 daily (Sept. to May) OFF Season
 $8.50 daily or $42.50 weekly (May to Sept. ) IN season
***These fees are not included in the rental total. You will receive an email with a total for the community fees. They must be paid at least 3 days prior to arrival and will be paid through VENMO or Paypal.
If you are unable to register 3 days prior, Arrowhead Lake Community Association will deny you entry and you will lose you reservation without refund.
• There are absolutely NO other guests allowed on premise aside from who is on your rental agreement. This is for safety purposes.

Please keep in mind that there is lots of wildlife roaming about while staying at our house-deer, bear, raccoons, and so much more! The house is professionally treated for pests, but it is located in the woods, and bugs can happen. All trash must be taken to the community trash center and not left outside. The house is also serviced by well water, not city water, so we recommend bringing some water to drink if you’re not used to well water.
