This marvelous house boasts 4 bedrooms: First floor large primary suite with king bed and bath , second floor 2 bedrooms with queen beds, and one bedroom with a queen sofa bed and 3 full baths ( 1 bath has a tub ). Ammenities include laundry room, fitness room with treadmill, elliptical, sauna, pelaton and free weights ( additional bathroom off this room with shower), newly renovated baths and kitchen with sub zero and wolf appliances barbecue, heated pool with beautiful outdoor seating and outdoor TV, formal dining room, living room, and open concept family room / kitchen. High end furnishings uncluttered on a quiet beautiful block. I will be adding photos Of the rest of the house by tomorrow.
