Unwind at Santee in this enchanting, family friendly condo with 3 bedrooms including: 1 king bed, 3 twin beds, and 1 queen bed, Guests have plenty of space to relax including an open floor plan living area, large covered patio, communal pool, boardwalk, and over the water gazebo. A fully stocked kitchen and grilling area are provided for culinary quests. For anglers and boat enthusiasts, there is a boat ramp on site. Our condo has a new HVAC unit and ceiling fans throughout. Experience what Santee has to offer with a stay at our beautiful condo. Grocery stores, CVS, McDonalds, Starbucks, Subway, Pizza Hut, as well as, others are minutes away without having to get back on I95.

Turn HVAC to 76 degrees during warm months and 65 degrees during cold months.
Place all soiled bed linens on bathroom floor in a pile and towels in tub.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No vaping inside the residence.
Be considerate of quiet time hours between 10 pm until 8 am.
Remove all used bed linens and place in a pile on bathroom floor. Place all soiled towels in tub. Place dirty dishes in washer and start.
