Late check out after 11am will be assessed a $50/hour late Checkout fee up to 3 hours. After 3 hours late checkout constitutes another FULL day will be charged to the renter ($150 rate) as no new reservation can be taken that day due to 5 hours necessary to clean & prepare the rental.

*Luggage cannot be stored after 11am checkout as we are not responsible for belongings/liability. Must be arranged With host ahead of time.

This was exactly what we needed for a relaxing holiday. The proximity to the pool was great for my elderly mother-in-law. This is a quiet, enjoyable home away from home. We felt very secure with the doorman there night and day. The kitchen could profite from a bit more lighting.

Great Vacation!

Having never been to the DR before, we were hesitant renting a condo vs. an all-inclusive. We are so glad we went the condo route. Robin was great to work with with. She helped us organize airport transfers and gave us great advice about the area. The condo is just as it appears in the pictures. Its location is great within the complex with the pool just outside your door. The staff at the complex is extremely helpful. There is a mini-mart right around the corner and larger stores within walking distance or a tax or bus ride away. It is an easy walk to the beach as well as numerous restaurants and bars. You can't possibly visit all of them in one trip. If you are looking to explore the area and want something other than an all inclusive this is a great place to stay. We promise you won't be disappointed.

Our fourth times in DR and the first time in condo instead all-inclusive. WOW!!! You can trust the pictures. Very nice condo and private. Very quiet and clean. I can't say enough words to describe how great this condo is. The pictures are nice, but, the condo in person is beautiful. Really nice and private. Definitely happy we settled on Robin's place. In addition to alluring condo, Robin and Romana were get host. Any questions we had, they answered expeditiously and anything we needed, they supplied. If you are traveling to the DR, I highly recommend this condo. We're already planning our return visit and will definitely be booking the condo again. Thanks for all the hospitality you showed us!

Great condo. As advertised

Very clean condo in small gated community with 24 hr security, pool etc. nice and quiet too. Close to mini markets and good eating. Large grocery store a short bus ride away. Prices are very reasonable as well. Beach is a 10 minute walk so you can either sit by the pool or visit the beach. People are very friendly. Town is not as clean as some other Caribbean cities we’ve vacationed at. But I’d comeback again. Great experience.

Everything was as described about this property, pictures are accurate. The total inside and outside space is huge. Arrived before normal check in time but the property managers got the place ready in no time. Robin was always available by phone or text if I had any questions. Great locations. This was most certainly the best of the six condos we rented over the last year. Tastefully decorated, confortable, super spacious, well equipped kitchen. Loved the large wraparound out area on the side and the back - very private. Also loved the porch overlooking the pool, where all morning coffees were enjoyed! The pool was fantastic and perfect for doing laps. The complex was quiet and within easy walking to the long beach.

The condo was VERY nice - Doris the caretaker along with Carlos was also super nice & helpful. I would definitely go back to stay at this condo. The only complaint is that one of the bathroom toilets did not work - the flush mechanism was broken. We used the kitchen & grill quite often - VERY nice kitchen. We enjoyed have 2 private bedrooms & bathrooms. We also spent quite a bit of time on our balcony which we enjoyed. The pool area was nice - very quiet.....no music being played. We did a lot of walking - to beach - 7 minutes away and also to a couple of restaurants/bars - highly recommend Onno's. Thank you very much !
