This vacation villa has four bedrooms all with on suite bathrooms and is equipped with all the comforts of home. Why pay expensive hotel or resort rates when you can have over 1800 sq. feet of beautiful living space a private outdoor pool and lanai area.

Just minutes from Disney's entrance and all of the major attractions.

Our home has everything you will need for you and your guest to have a great experience including beauty rest mattresses to both of the king size beds. These will make sure you get a perfect nights rest.

With features like WiFi throughout the entire house, Plasma and LCD TV's, DVD Players, Cable T.V., Game room, Private Pool. Professionally Designed rooms, your entire family will feel at home and have their most memorable vacation ever!

In February 2017, we updated the game room with a commercial air hockey table and a "Buzzer Beater" basketball game.

This home is located in the gated community of Windsor Hills. Windsor Hills is the best resort community near Disney World, and a short drive to Sea World, Universal, Wet n Wild Waterpark, Beaches, Bush Gardens in Tampa, and all of the other Orlando area attractions!

Disney/Beach Vacation

This place is great for children! The kids loved the game room and the basketball machine. The pool was nice and I loved the each bedroom had their own bathroom. It would be nice if the toilet paper rolls were moved where the kids could reach them.. and also the bowls in the kitchen were chipping plastic on the bottom of the inside. Other than that, this place was perfect and top notch!

Great stay

We loved this house and it fit our needs perfectly. We loves the safety gate by the pool, the waterpark on property was phenomenal, the pool at the house was heated to a great temperature and the kids didn’t want to get out, the game room was a huge hit as well and the location is centrally located to everything we wanted to do. I have seen some people complain about the construction behind the house, in our 7 nights there I only heard it once and it was around 9 am, not bothersome at all, we were unable to locate a broom and dustpan to sweep up the floors, but that is about the only complaint. You can see the Disney fireworks every night right from the house pool!

Beautiful vacation home near Disney

We had an amazing 5 week stay in this home with family. It was so nice to have everyone on one floor and so close to all the Disney Parks. The heated pool was great and the neighborhood was peaceful. Loved watching some of the fireworks from the pool area and also saw two hot air balloons go by while sitting in the living room. Amber was so pleasant to deal with and the management team responded quickly to the few concerns we had. Would love to return here again!😊

Short ride to Attractions

We had a wonderful stay the week between Christmas and NewYears. All attractions are minutes away depending mostly on traffic. We could see fireworks from Epcot and Disney. We have been renting homes for the past 25 years and this was the cleanest home we have stayed in. It was wonderful

Don't stay here until management is replaced

Five days before our stay i asked some questions, especially where we could have some critical medical equipment sent. Two followups over multiple days, no response. Check in time passed and we still had no answers or even a code to get in. Started to worry we were scammed. I texted and finally got check-in info and answers to not all of the questions we asked. About shipping I was told "I dont have ang confirmation on a package but if you sent it to the house address, thagnia where it would be." (sic) But nope, no delivery. We checked at the clubhouse and we're told, there are never any USPS deliveries here! We would have made other plans had we known, and now we were worrying about ill family instead of vacationing. We contacted Amber with Special Dreams Management, and she could not have cared less. "I don't see how it's my job to know that." She was obviously just trying to get back to her crying baby. Rude, uncaring, confrontational. We lost a lot of time to worrying and fixing this problem that could have been avoided if Amber had just told us up front that she didn't know and didn't care. We found out too late they the clubhouse had package delivery suggestions readily available. I guess Amber hasn't talked to them in the "ten years I've worked here" that "this hasn't been a problem." It would have taken only a tiny bit of effort on Amber's part to avoid this or solve it after the fact. She didn't care to. We won't stay again. You shouldn't either.
