A warm inviting welcome awaits you and your family at our Vacation Pool Home - Closest to Disney! Our fully loaded pool home is equipped with everything to help ensure that you enjoy the best vacation ever.
Spacious house with pool! This fantastic executive 4 bedrooms 4 bathrooms home is located on the subdivision of Windsor Hill Resort and is one of the closest vacation communities to Disney, just 3 miles away. Furnished to the highest standard with every conceivable extra. The open plan living and kitchen area lets you relax in style. there is also a large separate living area as you enter the house. There are 4 master suites and if you need internet access, its already installed. This holiday vacation villa has it all.

The kitchen is fully equipped as you would expect in a home of this caliber with a dishwasher, microwave, full refrigerator, stove, coffee machine, toaster, waste disposal and all the hand held appliances you would expect. All linens and towels are supplied for your stay in all our homes too, with all kitchen utensils and crockery provided as well. BBQ can be rented for $55 plus tax

This is Windsor Hills, perhaps the best resort in the Disney area, with top class amenities, and a resort that is firmly established as THE place to vacation for families of all sizes.

Great place

The home was as pictured and everything worked properly. The property was perfect. The price is right. HOWEVER, the owner was rude and scheduled an inspection to measure all the rooms for his new carpeting 15 minutes prior to our arrival. We got there 18 minutes early due to traffic being less than anticipated and were fussed at for being early and told it was our fault, even though the carpet people would have still been working in the home had we arrived on time. I wish the owner could realize he should have apologized for the inconvenience of having service people work on my dime after spending $1200 for the rental and scheduled them far earlier in the day. Imagine if you are a mom checking into a strange place with your kids and you get inside to find a man measuring the carpet when you walk into a bedroom. Also, make sure to take your own dish detergent, paper towels, and toilet paper etc. if you are staying more than one night for you will run out. The details of the add do suggest this though, if you read them. : )

Disney trip

House is a perfect location for a family Disney trip. Everything was as promised, and it was huge to be able to bring our fur-children. Just remember to bring your own paper towels, facial tissue, and extra toilet paper and trash bags

Let me say the home is Beautiful but when we arrived the house smelled like cigarettes I immediately called the host and told him he told me it had to be my imagination he was just there I was like wow, we payed for the pool to be heated pool was cold they came the next morning and turned on heater, most of the beds were horrible when you have a home this nice invest in comfortable beds, pots and pans are cheap,ice maker or water on fridge doesn’t work washing machine doesn’t work properly but they wanted all towels washed and dried before checking out and there were no wash clothes we bought some

Lovely property, as described. Might be a bit far to walk to clubhouse for some, especially when hit but easy parking there. Can see fireworks from parks every night.

Disney Vacation

Our family of five had a great time. Super safe gated community with sidewalk access for working out . This home is located in the perfect location. Close to WDW , restaurants, and shopping. We would definitely choose this house again when visiting Disney.

Kissimmee home with pool

Overall, this was a wonderful home. The pool was great. The only bad parts was the propane tank for the grill was empty so we had to get a new tank from Walmart gas station ($26) and the net to clean the bugs from the pool had hole in it so we bought one but they replaced it the next day (monday); there were bugs and a caterpillar in the front bedroom; the master bedroom ceiling light was not working; the master bed frame leg was a hazard-not enought room between closet, dresser and bed and toe hit the leg of the bed frame many times until we put a towel around it. Other then these few items it was a wonderful stay and we watched the disney fireworks every night from our back porch!

Ideal for large group

Four bedrooms and four bathrooms makes this a great property for mixed crowd of adults and teens. Easy access to Disney locations, and a good variety of stores and eating places nearby along highway 192. Kitchen is stocked with all the essentials. Pool and game room are nice to have, but we kept to busy in the parks to find time to use. Windor HIlls also has large pool, game area and mini-store, but a little too far for walking.

Weekend Getaway

Worked great for our quick weekend getaway. House is nice, community was nice. Location close to alot of shops/restaurants. Only suggestion would be provide paper towels and garbage bags. Had to go buy some the next morning. Fan in the game room that works would be helpful.

Wonderful place to stay

The location and neighborhood amenities were perfect. The pool area, waterslides and splashpad are great for children and adults. If you don't feel like heading down to the big pool, the pool in the backyard is a perfect alternative. The owner provided a few water toys and the shaded area is a nice place to sit. The home is as described. It was comfortable and clean. I recommend bringing laundry and dishwasher pods as only 1 laundry pod is provided to wash a load of towels. We brought our dog, there's a large enough area behind the house to use the restroom and the neighborhood has sidewalks and beautiful green spaces for walks. Highly recommended for families!

Perfect location for Disney trip!!

Had a great stay in this large, well appointed, clean house located close to the Disney parks. Very comfortable place to relax and recharge in between park visits. we loved the pool in back. Great communication prior to our visit. 5 stars!!!

We were here for a cheer competition and this home was perfect for our stay. Location was a plus The home was clean, the owner was quick to respond if i needed something or had a question. Would definitely book this home again.

Unfortunately we didn’t have a good experience. The pool was extremely dirty which was very sad as it was the reason for our family choosing this home. The microwave was dirty, the game room games were falling apart scared to even use them. The towels were dirty as well. We ran out of toilet paper the first night I’ve never stay at a property were I had to provide the toilet paper, paper towels ,trash bags & cleaning supplies. But i think what is my biggest complaint is how rude the host was. He ignored my messages and calls the few times he did respond he was unbelievably rude. Overall we didn’t have a good experience at all & will never return or use any of this host properties

Family trip

This is a beautiful property in a nice neighborhood. It was close to everything we needed. Check-in was smooth and communication was great. At night, we sat and watched the fireworks from Disney by the pool. I would stay here again.

Absolutely Perfect!!

This was an absolute gem of a property to stay at! Could not have asked for anything better. Tons of space, super clean, awesome neighborhood. If we ever find ourselves back down in Orlando we will 100% use this company and one of their properties in this neighborhood. I cannot think of a single thing wrong with our stay here. Checkin was a breeze as was checkout. Thank you so much for an amazing vacation home!

Beautiful Home to stay

Our family vacation at this home was great. We would stay at this home again. Very clean and well kept place. We had some minor questions or issues and maintenance kept us updated and returned our calls in a timely manner. We loved the gated/security community. Besides our own pool at house, loved the community public pool. One minor thing about community pool, waterpark area water was very cold. We could not swim and utilize the waterpark area. Would have been nice to swim there. Very quiet neighborhood. Reasonable rate to stay in December.

Høstferie

Flott hus og korte avstander til Disney parker og Universal parker. Hadde oppvarmet basseng og ungene storkoste seg i bassenget både tidlig og sent. Bra sitteområde ute for de som ikke badet. Koselig innredet inne, og gøy med lekerom i garasjen for både store og små.
