The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Return Thermostats to 75 degrees. Take trash cans to the street Sunday night and Wednesday night or when you leave,
Make sure towels and other items provided are not taken from the property.
Clean up all pet fecal matter.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Grilling must take place out from under the carport open air, and not on any decking.
Please return chairs under carport, stacked, and up against the wall after use.
Please respect neighbors and neighborhood during quite honors and make sure pets are monitored and house/potty trained. Clean up pet fecal matter.
