This brand new ultra-modern, 1450 sq ft, 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom luxury condominium is located across from Award Winning Eagle Beach. This is the perfect place for a romantic, family or friends getaway.

The condo offers stunning views of the Caribbean Sea on its large balcony and is part of an upscale beachside community featuring only 56 luxury condo units.

Property amenities include an adult and children’s pool, hot tub , play area, full gym facilities, BBQ area and a tuck shop. On-site spa services are also available.

The unit itself has a full modern Euro kitchen, and a comfortable living and dining room. Bedrooms include a " Master Bedroom” with King Size Bed and a Second bedroom featuring two twin beds. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living area. Large flat screen TVs with cable are located in both bedrooms. Direct TV Satellite is also available in the living area. Wifi internet is also included.

To further enhance your experience we are now also offering Platinum Services and Amenities which include world renowned Aruba Aloe products in the bathrooms and hotel-style amenities such as daily towel refresh, trash removal and bed making.

Perfect vacation. Melanie was a very gracious host and the unit was excellent. Everyone at the resort was super friendly and the amenities were very nice. A short walk to the beach which was also clean and never over crowded. Would definitely stay again!

This was another great stay at Eagle Beach. The condo was excellent. Large, clean great view, nice amenities. The staff were also great as they came by and made our beds and took out the trash every day. The balcony was great and has a fantastic view of the sunset. I wish I was there right now!

The unit was immaculate and just as pictured and advertised. Eagle beach is absolutely stunning and less than a 5 minute walk across the street! Many restaurants nearby; better to have a car or use transportation to get to the nearby grocery store (busy highway). Gemma was a gracious host and promptly replied to our questions regarding the consequences of the U.S. invasion of nearby Venezuela. There weren't any problems whatsoever; security is excellent and the area is safe. Upon arrival, Carlita gave an excellent and informative tour. LeVent is well appointed, in excellent condition, and in a great location; perfect for families, couples, and retirees alike. We most definitely recommend staying here and will do so again ourselves in the future!

Great location, pretty sunset views. The condo along with the building and pool area were clean and well maintained. We had everything we needed, even beach chairs and a cooler. We would stay there again.

However, we can absolutely confirm that the Master bed is a brand new luxury Italian import and the mattress Is also a brand new superior hotel quality mattress provided by a high end interior design collection. We are happy to say that we have had no other complaints about the comfort of the beds, nor have any of the other units that are furnished with this exclusive line of furniture and bedding.

This condo did not disappoint! Walk out the back gate and your on Eagles Beach, great restaurants within walking distance. The pool area was beautiful and relaxing. We loved the availability of chairs, wagon and floaties! This is the best area and condo to stay when in Aruba! The balcony was fabulous!

Beautiful stay in Aruba

We stayed in this condo unit in April of 2024. The location is gorgeous. The view from our terrace is beautiful. We got a yummy fruit basket upon our arrival. It's about a half a block from Eagle beach. The beds were so comfortable, not too soft and not too hard, and the place was so clean!! No complaints! Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

Liked the modern appliances, leather furniture and tile floors ---all very beach friendly. The location to the beach and the views from the balcony were incredible and relaxing. The wifi worked perfectly, the flat screens were great---only the drainage in the master shower was not up to par!! The pool area and the facilities were wonderful----we highly recommend this property!!

WOW…….. JUST WOW!!!!

Unbelievable stay at this gorgeous property with my wife and 17 year old daughter. The location was absolutely perfect, the grounds well manicured, and the staff was 5 star all around. A short two minute walk to the most pristine beach in the Caribbean and a short 5 minute drive to multiple shopping areas as well as a multitude of restaurants. Owner supplied beach chairs and cooler to make your beach days ones you’ll never forget! Thanks everyone….. we already can’t wait to come back!!!

We just got home after staying a week at this property. It's exactly as listed. Very clean and well appointed. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to make meals at home. Plust have the washer/dryer was perfect.The sunsets from the deck are great. The location is perfect, very short walk to Eagle beach. The management company was great as well. One the first day one of the beach chairs had rusted through and snapped. The front desk gave us a brand new chair. Also the bread toaster wasn't working. They showed up a few hours later with a brand new toaster! I thought that was great service. If we go back to Aruba we will book this unit again.

I found the property on Vrbo. The owner was very helpful through entire booking process and stay. The property is absolutely stunning. The location is perfect for access to the town and Eagle beach. The cooler on wheels was a lifesaver for our beach days! The property is meticulously maintained. Pool area is awesome. Ice machine in pool area was awesome to fill cooler everyday. We stayed 10 days and it wasn’t enough. We were so sad to leave yesterday. The view from deck is unforgettable. Thanks so much for sharing your home with us. We will be booking again!

Aruba is truly an amazing island to stay on, the people are so friendly and helpful. The condo we stayed at was beautiful and exactly like the as said. My only complaint was that we were not made aware of the check in process with the office at Prestige. After a very short delay we found the office and checked in. Great island great beach, great pool and a fantastic condo have made this our new favorite island to visit. The locals were understandably a little worried with the island being shut down because of the COVID 19 virus, but once things settle down and get back to normal this is an awesome place to stay.

Great New Huge Condo With Great View

This condo is new and up to date with everything you will need for your stay. My family loved the modern feel and decorations. There are user guides for things like the washer and dryer in English. Walking distance to the beautiful beach. Views from the huge balcony were awesome! Walking distance to a little restaurant called Tulips. We ate there several times for breakfast and lunch. Prices were very good for huge portions. People at condo complex were extremely pleasant and helpful with questions. Grocery store Super Foods is close but don’t let the prices scare you at first. Look in the right hand corner and those are the US prices. A little more than Houston but that’s to be expected. We found Super Do It Center and grocery and beer prices a little cheaper than Super Foods. Didn’t have a bad meal anywhere. Bring it if you need it as I spent $30 for a small fan bc I needed it. There are roundabouts every where. Stop lights are rare. You could say it’s a little windy, yes that’s an understatement! But it better than being hot. June 2, 2018 construction still going a little noisy during the day but usually we were gone. June 2, 2018 hot tub won’t be working for 6 weeks due to permitting but pool is awesome! Plenty of parking at condo and gate guards are so nice. Highly recommended staying here.

Great place and location!

The condo was just as beautiful as it is in the listing. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony looking out at the ocean. It is across the street from Eagle beach and most sights and restaurants are within a 10 minute ride. The pool area was beautiful as well!
