This home is the perfect back drop for your vacation memories.

This newly constructed home has a comfortable, modern aesthetic with three large, well-appointed bedrooms each with a full private bath. The two bedrooms on the top floor are fitted with king beds and the bedroom on the lower level has twins. In addition, there are two high quality roll away beds.

The fully-equipped kitchen and bar area come complete with stainless appliances and stocked with modern dishware and serving pieces that invite great family meals on the large farm table, which seats 8. An open floor plan allows seamless transitions between the living, dining and kitchen areas.

A wrap-around porch looks out onto a lush, private garden with bluestone patio and native stone retaining wall. Teak patio furniture, a shaded dining area, and a gas grill allow the festivities to continue outdoors.

Central air-conditioning, an outdoor shower, bicycles, beach accessories and parking for three cars make this home away from home yours!

Walk to town, ferry and Owen Park beach! This new home located on a private road three blocks from downtown Vineyard Haven.

AS A REMINDER - Bed Linens and Towels are NOT provided. There are, though, plenty of blankets, pillows and beach towels in the home for your use.

Beautiful property, great location!!

Absolutely gorgeous property with everything you could ever need. Owner was very responsive to questions and minor issues. Location was perfect, just a short walk to town and a nice quiet street. We took our 3 kids and everyone had a blast. Will definitely be back!

Private and convenient !

The house was perfect for our family of five . We were able to walk to town for dinner and come back and play games in the beautiful back yard . The house was clean , and the layout was great that each room had their own bathroom . Loved that there were beach chairs and umbrellas , only one suggestion I would offer is that bath mats and kitchen towels could be supplied , as I was not aware that those would be needed . Thank you for the stay , we truly enjoyed it !!

Perfect Vacation Home!

Our family of 8 had a great experience staying here for a week. The location was perfect! Just a short walk to Main Street. The bedrooms were spacious and it was nice that each bedroom had their own bathroom. Our two younger children slept on the roll away bed quite comfortably. The kitchen was fully equipped which made cooking meals a breeze. There was no shortage of beach supplies or games for all ages. I would highly recommend this place!

Perfect vacation house

We loved this house! They thought of everything. The rooms were spacious and decorated beautifully, perfect for a beach house. Having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms made this trip easy with 4 adults and two 1 year olds! We had plenty of room - we were comfortable and felt very relaxed as soon as we stepped inside! The owner, Walston, was responsive and accommodating, we loved it and can't wait to go back! Couldn't have asked for a better trip!

Vineyard perfection!

I rented this home for my mom and two of her girlfriends. I live nearby but they wanted their own space and they could not have been more delighted with the property! Tastefully furnished, incredibly clean, beautiful outdoor spaces and landscaping, and a short walk to downtown Vineyard Haven with all the delightful shops and restaurants it has to offer....the list goes on! A quiet little neighborhood tucked away from any hustle and bustle. Wonderful spot to relax and just be!

Perfect Vineyard Haven Get-away

My family stayed here for the week for my wedding, and it was the perfect arrangement for my elderly grandparents, father, and myself. The quiet and private location, beautiful outdoor space, and the large porch created the perfect dynamic to have intimate family time. Beyond this, it was a perfect location close to everything Vineyard Haven has to offer - we were able to walk right into town! Would definitely rent again with my family, or with just my wife and I! Thank you for creating such a wonderful and memorable time for us!

Wonderful stay!

The house was amazing, maybe even more beautiful and spacious than the pictures suggest—and very, very clean. We had everything we needed in the home, spices in the kitchen, toys and beach towels, and plenty of space to spread out indoors and outdoors. Great location, very close to downtown Vineyard Haven, near beaches, and, if you are traveling with a small child like we were, it’s also a short walk to nearby playgrounds and the VH public library! Though, for us adults, the book selection in the home was impeccable! Owners were extremely helpful and communicative and check-in and out was a breeze. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful Neighborhood Retreat

This was a beautiful home that is spotless and impeccably maintained. Very quiet and the outside seating is lovely! We especially enjoyed the neighborhood chickens visiting us! :) Each of the 3 bedrooms has an ensuite. We appreciated that 2 of the bedrooms had king-sized beds. Some minor suggestions: A full-length mirror and providing a blow dryer would be helpful. Also, while the contemporary living room furniture is lovely, we found it not that comfortable for hanging out and watching TV.

Peaceful, Beautiful VH Home

This was the first time we stayed in VH and we really enjoyed the more peaceful, local feel of the area. The property was perfect, just what our family needed after months in lockdown. It was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. We used the outdoor space quite a bit. The porch was great for reading and watching the kids play in the yard. We had dinner on the patio most evenings, which we really enjoyed. Walston is a wonderful host and an all-around nice guy. He was responsive, accommodating and super helpful in giving us tips and suggestions for our stay. We hope return again soon!
