This is a fabulous location! It feels like it’s in the country, yet it's in the city. Private yard. Plenty of parking for multiple cars. Two covered parking spots. You may want to visit the Rose District, which is 1/2 mile away. Restaurants within walking distance include Rib Crib, Chick Fil-A, and Uncle Vinny’s Pizza, as well as authentic Mexican food and more! Has a garage apartment attached to it., the walls have been professionally soundproofed to include the attic. If sound gets through its unusually loud.

Worked Great for Us!

This is not the flashiest property, but it is roomy, in a nice neighborhood and location, has good wheelchair accessibility and a responsive host. It was perfect for our needs and we would stay here again!
