Luxurious Villa Near Cancun
Casa Playa de Tortugas is a luxury villa on the Caribbean in a secluded setting 12 miles north of Cancun and only 22 miles from Cancun International Airport. While there's no beach in front of the house, there is a beautiful beaches next to the house and accessible from our pool area. This very comfortable and spacious home has 7 bedrooms with ensuite baths, a half-bath in the common area and 2 half baths in the pool area. The comfortable, spacious bedrooms all have air conditioning . 6 bedrooms have balconies with spectacular views of the Caribbean, Isla Mujeres, the Cancun Hotel Zone and incredibly spectacular sunrises. There is high speed wireless internet throughout the villa. Nightly rental includes: Chef service. 3 meals daily, daily maid service, 24/7 security and maintenance, all linens and towels and soap and paper goods are uncludedn in the nightly rental. Food and drink are not included in the rental.
The house can accommodate up to 18 guests. The base price applies for 1 to 14 guests. There is an additional per person charge for each guest from 15 to 18. The extra person charge for every week EXCEPT Christmas & New Year's weeks is $80 USD per night.
As part of our hosting service, we will arrange transportation to Casa de Playa Tortugas if you're not renting a vehicle. Transportation cost is additional. If you are renting a vehicle, we will accompany you and assist you with the rental process and then accompany you to the house.
We also offer a shopping service whereby we'll send you menu suggestions and once you've made your selections, we'll do your shopping and have the house pre-stocked before your arrival. We'll also do any fill-in shopping you need during your stay.

We're Mariana & Carl Sonntag & we're you're hosts at Casa de Playa Tortugas. We've lived in Mexico for over 50 years & in the Cancun area for 43 years & we've lived in Isla Blanca for 20 years, so we really know the area well.
We love the beach life and enjoy hosting the guests at Casa de Playa Tortugas, which we've been doing for the last 10 years. We're only 600 yards down the beach from the villa so we 're very responsive to our guests' needs.

Why they chose this property
Our friends & neighbors who own Casa de Playa Tortugas live in the US & fell in love with the property while vacationing in Cancun many years ago. They built Casa de Playa Tortugas and decided to rent it when they and their family aren't in residence themselves. It's the same motivation we had when we purchased our property & built our home over 20 years ago.
What makes this property unique
Staying at Casa de Playa Tortugas feels like being a guest at your own private all-inclusive resort. The public areas & bedrooms are all spacious and comfortable as are the pool area and the outdoor seating area next to it. The service is incredible-- 2 chefs serving 3 meals a day plus drinks & snacks; daily maid service with all linens, towels, soaps & paper goods included and full-time maintenance & security.
Although it's secluded & private it's close to area activities (swimming, kiteboarding, fishing, golf) & Cancun, with all a world-class resort city has to offer.
