Two bedrooms with queen beds and one twin over full bunk bed. Everything you need for a wonderful vacation including beach gear, chairs toys wagon etc. Off street parking for two vehicles

Bill is a wonderful host. The house is in a wonderful area, quiet and private but close to the beaches, shops and restaurants and very well maintained. We had a fantastic visit.

Perfectly located

Location was perfect between both downtown and long sands beach. House was well kept and exterior landscape was very nice. Great place to stay for a family vacation. Will be back next year for sure!

Great rental in York!

I’ve rented in York many times but this was my first time through VRBO. I wasn’t sure what to expect. Upon arriving, my family & I broke out in a big grin. It’s beautiful property; clean, well maintained and nicely located. It’s near everything but also on a dead end with a lovely back yard that’s very peaceful. We all loved it. Would highly recommend.

Family Beach Getaway

This is a newly remodeled duplex. Yard is beautifully maintained by owner next door. Short walk to York Beach downtown. Very comfortable and clean. Great deck with BBQ Grill. When we arrived for a weeklong stay there were no sheets or towels. Contacted Mgr. and they were provided. If staying for longer than a weekend you’ll probably need to buy extra TP, dishwasher pods, and coffee. Small things, otherwise a 5+
