We had to leave early - that was disappointing. The amenities are bare minimum. Communication is quite good. Location is great to downtown Greeneville.

It was very welcoming to pets that do not mind sleeping in other pets hair. Bring your own kitchen utensils and pots. Bring your own coffee maker
Incredible location for our family. Updated and clean home. Good communication with host. Basics for a full kitchen’s use were lacking. We had to buy baking and cooking pots, pans and utensils. Suggestion of upgrading towels & pillows communicated. Handwashing soap and toilet paper provided- you need to bring your own additional basic toiletries for bathroom. We hope to stay again with some suggestions updated. Thank you for overall stay. Grateful.

The house is in good shape, but the pictures are not acurate. There is no coffee maker, any pots, or any cooking utensils. We had to go out and buy everything to prepare our meals. They only provided cups, plates and silverware. They also say the provide the basics (shampoo and soap) there was none, so we had to buy that too.

The listing is beyond misleading. The photos show the entrance to the living room, not the random window in the middle of the wall separating the living room and the entrance to the home. This is clearly a poorly constructed renovation, as the siding that was on the front of the home prior to Reno is just painted over in the first bedroom and entryway. The house itself has a faint cat urine smell and we refused to keep our belonging in the home in fear that we would smell like it. The first bedroom is so cramped that you can barely open the closet because of the bed. The second bedroom only has one outlet on the opposite end of the room from the bed. The beds are so ungodly uncomfortable, you might as well just lay in the floor. The tv in the living room didn’t work at all. The drawer on the range in the kitchen is broken. The toilet paper dispenser in the bathroom wasn’t on the wall at all, just laying on the countertop. The shower was clearly also renovated in a hurry and looks like a hot mess. The water pressure is basically non existent. There is ZERO counter space in the bathroom. The only parking place that isn’t the street is around the back of the house but it is such a hassle to get to the door that it doesn’t make it worth parking back there. The road is very poorly paved, and I know that is no fault of the owner ,but made parking on the street 10x more difficult. The neighborhood itself feels a bit on the sketchy side, so we were a little worried the entire stay.
