Comprised of entrance hall, 2 bedrooms 1 with en suite, dining room and TV room interconnected and spacious, laundry, kitchen with refrigerator with freezer on top, 4 burner stove, and all basic kitchen utensils, Beach cart, chairs and keep sun. Ceiling fan in bedrooms and bench. Super ventilated ap. In front of the fair. Beside markets like extra and bread sugar. Best location for PG. Above 8 to 10 guests, we charge 50 reais per person per day.

O apartamento é muito bem equipado, tem tudo o que precisa. Muito bem localizado, com 2 grandes mercados à menos de 3 quarteirões, restaurante na esquina e em frente à praia. O proprietário é muito atencioso, responde às mensagens na hora. O zelador do prédio também é muito prestativo, deu várias dicas de locais, estacionamentos, lazer, etc.. Tudo perfeito.

Primeiramente, o Anderson é um anfitrião muito atencioso. Responde todas as dúvidas, sempre depositando muita atenção e transmitindo confiança. Esta foi a minha primeira experiência com a plataforma e só tenho elogios a realizar. O apartamento é perfeito, tudo limpinho e MUITO espaçoso, a família toda adorou, com certeza iremos voltar mais vezes. Além de toda comodidade do apartamento, ainda tem tudo próximo, mercados, farmácias, feirinha, fastfoods, enfim, nem precisamos tirar o carro da garagem. O lugar é bem calmo, sem barulhos na rua e no apto. A casa ainda conta com cadeiras para praia, ventiladores muito bons. Com certeza retornarei com minha família, podem fechar negócio que vale a pena.
