5 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath, family room with stone fireplace, game room complete with pool table and regulation dart board. Laundry room, beautiful open kitchen. WiFi.
Minutes to Mt. Snow ski resort (3.5 Mi) , lake Raponda and Harriman reservoir.
Easy access to The Vast Trail for snowmobile enthusiast.
No matter the season, you are sure to find plenty to do in this picturesque location.
In winter, enjoy the towns of Wilmington, East Dover for dining and entertainment.
Mt. Snow offers skiing, tubing, bonfires and torchlight parade and fireworks certain dates throughout the season.
In summer, enjoy beautiful lake Raponda or Harriman reservoir with boating, swimming, kayaking and more.
Fall is a beautiful time to take in the stunning foliage while hiking, biking the area and Mt. Snow
Newest airport is Albany International Airport which is 50 miles from the property.

Great house!

The house was perfect for two families. Lots of room to spread out and relax and hang out together when we wanted two. Heidi and Marty were great hosts. And the location was perfect between the mountain and Wilmington.

Great stay near Mount Snow

Really great layout with the entire first floor being common space, with lots of room, activity and a huge comfy sofa. Awesome location, just 10 min from Mount Snow. Everything clean, and comfortable. Heidi was a great host and always reachable. Thanks!

Book it...Just Not When I Am Tying to

The house is really nice with custom touches from the owners. Heidi was wonderful and even made sure something we left behind made it back to us. The listing says it's not child friendly, but I missed that part and booked it anyway. There is a non-child friendly staircase, but if you watch your kids, it's a good house for more than one family. It was clean and very comfortable. We are already trying to decide which week next year to head back!

Celebrating a 50th with friends who are family

Perfect house for us to all stretch out but still be together! Pool table and darts were a huge hit. Beds are very comfortable and bathrooms had everything you could need. We like to cook and kitchen worked out for us but is lacking a little. Some more plates would be a plus so you don’t have to run the dishwasher every time there is a meal. Also, some better knives and cutting boards would make preparing meals easier. Overall a fabulous stay and would definitely stay again!

We used this house as "overflow" for a larger house we were also renting for a family reunion. Photos accurately reflect the property. Easy communication with the owner.

House is absolutely beautiful and clean! 3 full bathrooms were perfect for 11 people. We loved the kitchen and darts and pool table. All full size beds, queens and kings for couples. Looking forward to staying there again!
