The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Remove all trash and food. Ensure all trash is bagged and placed in cans.
All beach towels should be washed and dried. Beach toys and chairs should be washed off and placed in storage room.
Leave beds unmade.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
There is no smoking in the house or on the balconies of any kind. We are highly allergic. If you need to smoke, please walk to the street.
Small to medium pets only under 60 pounds.
Please leave the home as you found it. We do take before and after photos of each clean. We do have ring cameras on the exterior of the home.

Everything was so smooth from beginning to end. The access to the open and uncrowded beach was fantastic and it wasn't too far from restaurants and amenities. Very spacious and clean and easily housed 12 people.

This house is amazing! Right on the beach, quiet area, beautiful and safe. The house is a two minute walk to the most beautiful beach. The house is stocked with everything you need especially for the beach. The host is so kind, flexible and has great communication, We loved staying at this incredible house.

Mexico Beach is truly one of our favorites. We love staying in beautiful homes on quiet beaches. This property had everything we needed inside and out. The beach access was a very short walk and the home was truly decked out with all the extras you could possibly ask for from a host. I was happy to find there were plenty of kitchen essentials including condiments, coffee pods, and storage bags already on hand; something you don’t always find. There was plenty of beach gear and beach towels which means less packing! There was a glitch with check in (owner was truly left surprised and embarrassed due to a no show housekeeper) but the owner was easily reached and solved the problem quickly and professionally; could not have ask for a better response. Our family will be returning again in the future. Can’t recommend it enough.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! First of all Mexico Beach is my favorite hidden gem of a town. My family and I are pretty much the type to mostly just hang out at the beach all day but this location in Mexico Beach is perfect and walking distance to a brewery with great food/drinks, the cutest marina/general store, shell shack with fresh seafood and trinkets, and walking distance to a great coffee shop, ice cream/candy/gift shops and restaurants/food trucks. This home was SO clean! We have stayed in beach houses for years and it always feels like if you take your shoes off you have sand on your feet. We never felt that once! The home felt cozy but also brand new. It was so well designed in both function and style. It was also so perfectly stocked with all of the essentials and more. Even small things like salt and pepper and ziploc bags/aluminum foil. I was truly impressed and it just made the whole week stress free in terms of "shoot I forgot this or that." Also tons of great board games to play as a family. The beach essentials were also so so good! We have a wagon but I didn't think to bring it because it is new to us. We used it every day. We also have only ever used a beach umbrella and the ninja tent the host had in the beach closet was amazing. We also used that every day! Also a ton of chairs, boogie boards, nets, buckets, etc. A lot of which we didn't even use (and a lot we did) but it was great it was available. Truly cannot recommend enough!!
