THE PRIVATE POOL AREA...

Perhaps the rarest feature of JASMINE JEWEL is the private pool, which is unheard of for two-bedroom homes in Truman Annex. The entire pool area is fenced in and surrounded by lush landscaping. Spend your days soaking up the sun in the chaise lounges that surround the heat-optional pool, or escape to the shaded patio, offering additional outdoor lounging and seating. Fire up the propane grill for a poolside meal using the full outdoor dining set with seating for six. Whether you are having an intimate cookout of today's fresh catch or a champagne toast before a day on Duval, you'll have plenty of space outside to enjoy.

Compliance with Truman Annex Community Rules & Regulations is expected of all Last Key guests. This includes “Quiet Time” in all outdoor areas, public and private, after 10PM.

THE LIVING AREA and KITCHEN...

The open living and dining areas welcome you with bright colors and island inspired furnishings. Slide open the back doors to let the tropical breezes to flow in. The plush sofa and two armchairs provide comfortable seating options for your group to gather around in front of the large flat screen HD Smart TV. The sofa pulls out to a Queen sleeper to accommodate extra guests. The dining room has a large dining table with seating for six. The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the tools and appliances you'll need to prepare meals at home and includes additional seating for two at the bar. There's also a convenient half bathroom on the main floor.

Truman Annex is the most exclusive private residence community in Old Town Key West. Located just off the main drag of Duval Street, Truman Annex is an oasis of calm, quiet streets lined with palm trees and beautiful Floridian homes. Within Truman Annex, Admirals Lane is even further tucked away down a small cul-de-sac with ultimate privacy. The entrance to Truman Annex is secured by a 24-hour staffed guard gate and you can use the residential entry gate keys to come and go on foot at night.

Jasmine Jewel was in an ideal location. It was walking distance to restaurants and activities. However, it was also tucked away in a neighborhood that allowed for privacy. The house was clean and well equipped. The private pool was perfect for our family. We really enjoyed this property.

Great Property!

My husband, our 11 year old son, and I stayed over New Years. This is our favorite house we have stayed at in Key West. It’s was clean, well maintained, and beautifully updated. The check in process was easy and Alice was beyond amazing. The master bed was a little uncomfortable in our opinion, but everything else was perfect!

This property is as advertised. Great property. Terrific location. Just blocks from the party but in a quiet neighborhood. Couldn’t have asked for a better location. The app used was also very helpful as it gave recommendations and links to book excursions. We booked an awesome sunset cruise through the app. Property manager was also tremendous and a great communicator. I had to have a package delivered and she hand delivered to our location.

Great Key West Landing Spot

One of the best VRBOs that we have stayed at. Very clean house with beautiful back deck and pool. Kitchen was well equipped with better quality cooking utensils than most. Main TV is huge and equipped with functional surround sound system. House had toto automatic toilets; which we had never seen or used in person; but now my wife wants one!! Great place. Parking spot is a bit tight (but they all are in Key West). Will return someday.

This lovely home is located adjacent to the Key West post office which makes horrendous noise 7 days a week from 4 to 6 am, semis roaring in, air brakes setting, pallets of mail slamming into the ground. The white noise machine and earplugs provided don’t begin to mask the noise

The property is well upgraded. Higher end appliances, giant curved TV with great surround sound system. Beautiful home that has clearly been updated with an open checkbook. Shel the property manager was awesome and his food recommendations were spot on. Pool is small and a bit chilly as its mostly in the shade however there's a pool out front for the few units to use that is a bit larger and in the sun. Very conveniently located to Duval street as well as the powerboat races, especially the pits. You can be pretty much anywhere you want to be in a 5-10 min walk. Very private, with gated community that key access is required past dark (even for walking). We'll be back next year for the boat races and we'll be staying at this property again. I'd highly recommend the Jasmine Jewel!

Jasmine Jewel is Outstanding!

We could not have picked a better place in key west to stay. The location is within walking distance to Duval St but also in a gated community for quiet evenings. The pool was awesome and everything has been updated. Shel our guest coordinator was fantastic and made us feel welcome. Highly recommend the Jasmine Jewel.

The property was terrific and even nicer than the pictures! The location is excellent and within walking distance to most of the popular areas. Being inside a gated community provided a better sense of safety and it is significantly quieter than other properties closer to the action. I would highly recommend to anyone considering a KeyWest vacation!
