Large king first floor bedroom suite newly renovated main bath with walk in shower and dressing area. Main 1st floor bedroom has access to the deck overlooking views of the lagoon and 2nd hole of the Trent Jones Golf Course. 2 additional upstairs bedroom with shared full sized Jack & Jill bath. One bedroom with queen sized bed and 3rd bedroom with 2 double beds. Fully renovated cook's kitchen with full sized appliances including a washer and dryer. Kitchen is open to dining room and living room with a wall of sliding doors out to the beautiful deck. Full sized deck overlooking lagoon with large gas grill and ample seating. All new linen, mattresses, beach towels. Everything you need for a relaxing "Home Away From Home" Owner discretion dog friendly. DOGS ONLY OWNER DISCRETION/LIMIT 2/ NO CATS.

CLEAN & COVER GRILL AFTER EACH USE. ,M Turn off propane tank after each use. PLEASE DO NOT DEADBOLT FRONT DOOR AND LEAVE BY THE KITCHEN DOOR. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GET BACK INTO THE VILLA.
Close down outdoor umbrella after use and during stormy weather. Stack and cover chairs prior to check out of during stormy weather. 3 available adult bikes are stored off the deck covered with tarp
Notify Nadine Cavanaugh (847-420-4911) directly about any problems, damages, missing or damaged interior or exterior property and any cleaning issues ASAP.. ABSOLUTLY NO SMOKING OR VAPING. NO CATS
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Security deposit will be refunded unless there is a need for additional cleaning, any damage to property, missing interior/exterior items, pet stains
