Large king first floor bedroom suite newly renovated main bath with walk in shower and dressing area. Main 1st floor bedroom has access to the deck overlooking views of the lagoon and 2nd hole of the Trent Jones Golf Course. 2 additional upstairs bedroom with shared full sized Jack & Jill bath. One bedroom with queen sized bed and 3rd bedroom with 2 double beds. Fully renovated cook's kitchen with full sized appliances including a washer and dryer. Kitchen is open to dining room and living room with a wall of sliding doors out to the beautiful deck. Full sized deck overlooking lagoon with large gas grill and ample seating. All new linen, mattresses, beach towels. Everything you need for a relaxing "Home Away From Home" Owner discretion dog friendly. DOGS ONLY OWNER DISCRETION/LIMIT 2/ NO CATS.

Clean and cover gas grill after each use. Turn off propane tank after each use.
Close down outdoor umbrella after use and during stormy weather.
Notify Nadine Cavanaugh (847-420-4911) directly about any problems, damages, missing or damaged interior or exterior property ASAP.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Security deposit will be refunded unless there is a need for additional cleaning, any damage to property, missing interior/exterior items, pet stains
Absolutely no smoking! Any evidence of smoking and security deposit will be relinquished. Guests will be responsible for parking violations/tickets
Please keep pets off furniture! No cats allowed. It is the guest responsibility to report any noted damage, missing items or concerns upon arrival

This place was everything and more. Nadine was amazing and so easy to work with and helpful when we needed her for even the smallest things. The pictures do not do it justice. This home is beautiful and has every single amend a family could possibly want. One of our best vacations ever.

This was the best stay we have had on a HHI property, of many years traveling here. The pictures don’t do this place justice. It is more than welcoming, clean, and beautiful! Beautiful furniture, everything was more than stocked. Everything you need. This helps not to have to pack and bring so many extras for your trip. The back porch was our favorite! Beautiful view!!

Beautiful location. Condo was clean and well stocked. Nadine and Michael are great and answered all my questions. I was appreciative of the beach chairs and bicycles onsite, so that we didn't have to bring them with us. My grandchildren had such a good time. The pool was just around the corner.

Hilton Head Island Getaway

Great place to stay in terms of location, price, size and amenities. Nadine is a very nice and communicative host who helped answer all questions and was available when needed as questions arose before and during our stay. Great access to beaches, steps away from a small, quiet community pool, and tons of restaurants and golf courses. The only real issue that we encountered was the temperature upstairs was very hot the first night until we lowered the AC which wasn’t great for infants/young toddlers. Overall, excellent stay and would stay there again.

Family Trip

We had a wonderful trip, in large part, due to this lovely home we stayed in. The deck, surrounded by beautiful plants and right on the lagoon, is one of the nicest porch areas in the neighborhood. The inside is beautifully decorated and the beds are very comfortable! I would recommend this property to any and all!

Lovely home in great location in Palmetto Dunes

This home was perfect for our group of six. Close to tennis courts, General Store and a short bike ride to the beach. It is one of most nicest equipped kitchens and homes we have ever rented. No detail was missed in stocking it. We certainly plan to return!

Great Place to Stay

We had a great time at the property this week. The condo was clean and had plenty of kitchen supplies. We loved how close everything was outside of the resort. Inside of the resort we loved that we could walk or bike to the general store and the beach. The pool is just steps out the back door. My kids enjoyed the bikes that were provided. They rode then to the general store for snacks or supplies everyday. We enjoyed being right on the lagoon and rented a canoe for the week to go fishing. My Family very much enjoyed our stay here.

Fantastic!

This was our second stay in one of Michael and Nadine’s villas. The villa is so well-appointed you really don’t need to pack anything but your clothes! We appreciated having all the comforts of home while enjoying HHI! Nadine spent a half hour on the phone with me prior to our trip making sure we had all the information we needed. She then contacted us after check in to confirm everything was satisfactory. We could not have asked for anything more!
