You'll love to stay in this cute and clean private room in the center near the west seafront as your base for exploring Split.

Room has its own private bathroom and cute loggia with table and chairs that's free to use.

It's air-conditioned, has a fridge and three cozy single beds.

Bathroom has a shower and hair dryer.

This room is in the ideal location to spend your holiday in Split.

It's two minutes walking to the Split west seafront and six minutes to the center, famous Diocletian's Palace and Prokrative square.

Unlike most of the rooms in Split, this room is very close to beaches and parks at the west end of the city.

Big picnic park Zvoncac and the most beautiful park in Split named Sustipan with dramatic breathtaking sea view are within just three minutes walking.

Beach Zvoncac and ACI Marina Split are just six minutes walking from the room.

When you get to the Zvoncac, a beautiful promenade walks you through few beaches - Zvoncac, Jezinac and Obojena svjetlost, all connected together.

Green hill Marjan with lots of natural shade and with great overview on Split is also within five minutes walking.

Price for one night stay is +30%

For two or more nights stay standard price applies.

Smoking is not allowed in the room.

It's also not suitable for pets, sorry.

We expect normal house behaviour - please watch out not to break anything, leave the room tidy and don't make noise to other people in the house.

Also please don't forget to enjoy your stay here!

Check in time is 14:00 (2 p.m.), check out at 10 a.m., flexible if possible.


**** Guest access:

You will have exclusive access to the room.

House has a public yard and little wall where you can sit, relax, drink and talk which all guests loved.

In the street where the house is located there is always a free parking place.


**** The Neighbourhood:

Room is located in the center of Split, in quiet and safe Meje neighbourhood.

The city part where the room is located is within walking range of virtually everything worth visiting in Split: restaurants, coffee bars, green market, fish market, shops, tourist bureau, famous city seafront... all within 1 to 10 minutes walking.

Popular Split beaches Zvoncac, Jezinac and Obojene Svjetlost are within 5-15 minutes walking.


**** Getting around:

Bus station is 50m from the room.

Ferry port, train, taxi and regional bus station are all within 15 minutes walking.

***** Notice for the Ultra Music Festival (UMF) guests:

Stay from 11th to 15th of July (4 nights) is mandatory.

Please do not make reservation for less than that.

You are welcome to come earlier or stay later than those dates.

UMF is held at Park Mladezi stadium, 20 min walking from the room.
