About this property
Hill summer villa is surrounded by pine tree forest. Access to private beach
Fully equipped duplex with magnificent view and 180sq.m private garden with barbeque, right next to the complex's pool. Direct access to the complex's private beach through lift.
The complex is called "Akrotiri" and is 1,5 km away from the nearest village, called Siviri. There you can find everything: super markets, bakeries, taverns, pizzerie, cafe, bars, ice cream, beach bars! At about 4 km distance there is a public health center in the head village called Kassandria. There you can find also the police, post office, banks, ATMs and drug stores. In general there are too many places you can visit from there. You can have daily excursions to the whole peninsula!
Chalkidiki is famous for the beatiful beaches and crystal clear sea waters. Almost every beach of Kassandra peninsula wins the annual Blue Flag award for the waters.
From the complex you can visit by car in 30 minutes the most, every beach of the peninsula, just to mention few: Possidi with its lighthouse, hotels and beach bars, Paliouri village with beach bars (leuki ammos, cabana, navagos), glarokavos beach, Sani beach with the luxurious hotels, marina, shops and restaurants.
Also in Kassandra peninsula you can combine some sightseeing with pleasure:
- Thermal spa of Agia Paraskevi (at 28km distance from the house)
- The sanctuary of Amon Zeus and the sanctuaries of the Nymphs and Dionysus in Kallithea
- The ruins of the castle and the canal of Potidea
- The Roman farmhouse in Big Kypsa of Nea Fokaia
- The Tower of Agios Pavlos (1407) and the Tower of Stavronikitas (1543) in Nea Fokaia
But Kassandra is also a place to eat well, every village has a number of restaurants that satisfy any taste. Visit Athitos village for sea food and Kassandrino village for meat food.
It is recomended to drive your own car to make your stay more comfortable.
