The house is in a gated community in a prime location because besides not losing tranquility is 200 m from the square of Tainha place where has the best restaurants, craft shops, pharmacy, supermarkets.
As it is a condominium there are rules to be met which are:
- condo allows 10 adults and 2 children
- use of pool and sound allowed from 9am to 9pm
