Fantastic location, great spaces, kitchen had everything you could need and the whole place was very clean. The 2 living room 'beds' were small sectionals so didn't work for my tall kids but the main room had an oversize bed so was easy to share with one. The board games were a great addition and having 2 living spaces was great for the kids to watch TV downstairs. Towels were good quality and beds had ample good quality pillows which some places skimp on. Host had excellent communication, highly recommend especially if you are spending time at the West Ed Mall!

The location is hard to access due to construction. The house is nice enough. A little small and we had to figure out the washer as it wasn’t working when we arrived. You have to call hosts on the direct line as they do not reply on messages. But over all the house is okay for short term stays.

Great value and clear communication. This property has all the basics you'd need and few extra details that you wouldn't. The location is a easy 5 minute walk to a 7 eleven/ tim Hortons. The only thing I'd warn about is that the cleaner shows up exactly at checkout. We were moving our suitcases out at 1103 while the cleaner waited on the lawn, which was a little awkward. All in all, for the price we'd absolutely stay again.

We booked this property last minute, requiring a place that allowed our dogs. The transaction was anything but smooth. The host sent outside links that were not explained, and did not respond to phone calls, texts or emails. Thinking it was a scam I finally sought support from Vrbo. Once we were checked in the place was ok. The couches are older, stained and very uncomfortable, bathrooms are small and the house shows wear. It was clean though, and beds/linens were comfortable. They had a few games and items for a baby which was convenient. I would not recommend due to the hassle of the check in process; and cleaning/pet fees. Home is ok, neighborhood is quiet.

The house was great for our family. Everyone could have their own room and place to hang out after long days of activities. A few minor fixes need to occur to make the place get more stars from us, such as a piece of the basement ceiling was hanging and I was worried it would fall and hit one of the kids, the yard was unusable because it doesn’t look like it’s been cut in a very long time and possibly some other water damage and missing blinds in one of the bedrooms. Communication seemed auto generated and I was not responded to directly to get our check in information and had to call after check in time to get someone to send it not about the safety concern. It was a lovey little house though and would stay again if things were fixed.
