Nestled on a quiet private road and backing up to the National Forest, this two-story cabin offers easy access to adventure while still feeling tucked away from it all.

Inside, the open-concept layout brings the kitchen, dining area, and living room together, making it perfect for gathering after a day outdoors. Cozy up by the gas fireplace, relax on the oversized sofa for movie nights, or challenge the group to board games and puzzles. The fully equipped kitchen makes cooking easy, whether you’re fueling up for a ski day or winding down with a homemade dinner.

Step outside to enjoy the peaceful patio, a grassy backyard, and a fire pit for evenings under the stars. The extended driveway provides plenty of space for multiple vehicles, trailers, or outdoor gear like ATVs and snowmobiles.

This cabin is dog-friendly (fee applies) and located within walking distance to the Río Grande River, where guests can enjoy tubing, kayaking, rafting, and fishing. Downtown South Fork is less than two miles away for dining and shopping, and Wolf Creek Ski Area is just 25 miles away for world-class skiing and snowboarding.

Loved the views from the cabin - aspen grove in the yard. The fire pit with swings spurred on family conversation. Plenty of room for all!

Very nice place to stay. Nothing fancy. Very rustic and basic, but beautiful, comfortable and plenty of room for the 5 of us and one dog. Plenty of cooking pans and pots and utensils. The beds were comfortable and had good pillows. A little bit bigger tv in the living room would be a nice addition for those with bad eye sight, but definitely not a deal breaker. Over all we really enjoyed our stay. It's not to far from anything and seems to be kind of centrally located. We played some of the board games and fell in love with "What do you Meme?" The wifi works great. For those of you who would rather not hand wash the dishes, you might prefer to grab some paper plates and such as there is no dishwasher. It's a lovely place, clean and well kept. We needed a little extra time for check out and they were gracious enough to accommodate us. We would definitely recommend this vacation home for anyone looking for a place to stay in South Fork that allows pets. Or even if you don't have pets.
