The house is well stocked and has anything you could need during your stay. It was clean and nicely arranged. It’s close to town for supplies and the drive to Wolf Creek wasn’t bad. We would stay here again.
The cabin had puzzles and games to play. The kitchen was great to cook in.

Great stay
Very nice cozy place Well equipped kitchen and nice little backyard to sit out and enjoy the morning and evening. Great location for day trips to Creede and Lake City as well as the numerous wildlife refuges nearby
The pictures are out of date, the kitchen/living room/dining area are all different than the online pictures. It is still great, the kitchen is updated even, but it does not match the online pictures. The circle drive was great for our small trailer, and an enclosed yard area a great option for someone traveling with a dog.

Lovely home!
This home was a perfect fit for my family while staying in South Fork. The comfort level was exactly what I was looking for. While my husband went hunting all I wanted to do was enjoy a good R&R, sit down on the couch and dive into a good book and this home has that vibe for me!
The kitchen was well stocked to anything I needed.
The home was plentiful with blankets which made it nice to bundle if needed.
With the home itself I have no negative comments.
This house was ok. Felt it could use some major updating! The carpets were worn and looked dirty. There was way too much furniture in this house. It made it very hard to move around in. This place could be fabulous with a little TLC and upgrades
The pictures the furniture was not as pictured The television was not placed well to watch Unfortunately the weather was very warm and the temperature in the cabin got very warm The window need maintenance and were hard to open The neighbor was nice and the appearance was nice The gas BBQ was very nice and the backyard was nice The highway noise could be loud at night

Unfortunately NOT what we expected!
This cabin is not nestled in the mountains as advertised. It actually is right next to the highway coming into South Fork. Therefore, the road noise was ever present at night when trying to sleep. Although this cabin had the makings of being a nice place, the upkeep was lacking. The cabin has a fenced in small backyard, however I don't think it had been cleaned recently. The view from the deck off of the loft was an old shed, junk pile, and the highway. I love the fact that it is pet friendly, however the dried pee smell permeated from the carpet in the loft area. We did not bring dogs, however had to run to the store to purchase deoderizers just to make it tolerable upstairs. The TV in the living room is not main streamed therefore when we all wanted to watch TV together in the evenings we had to do so in our own bedrooms/loft areas. It got very hot especially in the loft area. Opening windows was not an option as they did not have screens to prevent bugs/insects from entering. The home had cobwebs in every window in the inside of the home as well as wasps in the upstairs window behind one of the beds. Window was never opened so we are unsure how the wasps were able to get in. The last night we were there it rained heavily and the ceiling next to the chimney pipe began to leak. I have never left a bad review and we have stayed in a plethora of rentals. I just feel it is important for people spending this much money on a cabin to know what to expect.
