The property was clean and quiet though a little dated. Filled my need for a safe place to stay overnight. Got a great coffee across the street before heading out.

The building is deceiving but, once you get inside....you will totally understand. It's so charming, and beautiful. Loved hearing the sounds of nature. Clean rooms and everything you need to cook if you desire to. Very close walk to the river front. Lorain has a summer concert event on Friday nights.."rock on the river", was in walking distant and a great surprise for us. Dining was also walkable. Will definitely use this place again.

This is a very quiet and unique place. It was like walking down the streets of Charleston, SC. inside the area, very cool. The location was very central to where we wanted to go. Communication was excellent. We did have one issue with the lock to the door (no fault of the owner). The reason I’m sharing is because the response to repair it was immediate! The staff were very friendly. We would choose to stay again if we return to the area.

Why they chose this property

Our family enjoys all the events in downtown Lorain. We love going down to the water every 4th of July to see the firework display. We enjoy the parades and festivals.

What makes this property unique

Our apartments are right in the heart of historic downtown Lorain. The architecture of these old buildings is amazing. We are right across the street from the Palace theater. Lorain has the beautiful Black River waterfront that hosts rocking on the river. Lorain also has a family Labor Day and a winter festival. Lorain has so much to offer.
