Welcome, y’all! Make yourself at home in this cozy 2BR, 2BA retreat in the heart of Winston-Salem. Minutes from WFU, WSSU, NC School of the Arts, and nearby hospitals. Sleeps up to 5 with queen bed, twin-over-full bunk, and sofa bed. Enjoy a full kitchen with Keurig, 3 smart TVs, Wi-Fi, fireplace, game room, grill, fire pit, swing, and washer/dryer. Pet-friendly with easy keypad check-in. Rental agreement required for stays over 21 days. House Rules

Pets
We’re happy to welcome one well-behaved dog up to 50 lbs (service animals always welcome). There’s a $40 per day pet fee. Please keep pups supervised, off the furniture and beds, and on a leash when outdoors.
The backyard isn’t fully fenced, and since our county has a leash law, we kindly ask that all pets stay on a leash whenever they’re outside.
Quiet Hours
Out of respect for our neighbors, please keep things quiet between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM.
Smoking / Vaping
No smoking or vaping indoors. It’s fine out back by the fire pit or grill area — please use the provided ashtrays.
Parties & Visitors
No parties or events. Only registered guests are permitted on the property unless approved in advance.
Cleaning & Care
Treat our home as you would your own. Please report any accidental damage right away so we can make it right quickly.
Safety
Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are installed, and a fire extinguisher is under the kitchen sink. If you use the fire pit or grill, please make sure everything’s completely out before heading in for the night.
Downstairs Tenant
There is one long-term tenant who lives in the downstairs unit. They have a completely separate private entrance and share none of the upstairs or outdoor amenities. Please respect their privacy and keep noise levels reasonable indoors.
Backyard & Outdoor Areas
The backyard and its amenities (grill, fire pit, swing) are for guests only. Please respect all property boundaries and neighbor privacy.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Place used linens and towels in full bathroom with washer.
Set AC back to 72 or heat back to 68.
Make sure all doors are locked when leaving.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
