Our experience was disappointing. The reservation was canceled by the host only four hours before our scheduled check-in time, which left us scrambling to find alternative accommodations at the last minute. This created unnecessary stress and significantly impacted our travel plans. To make matters worse, it took several weeks to receive our refund, adding further frustration to an already difficult situation.
