As our guest, you'll have full access to the entire property, except for a few areas reserved for house supplies.



The Neighborhood:

The neighborhood offers a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere while still keeping guests close to all the action, just minutes from downtown Gatlinburg, the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, and Ober Mountain Adventure Park & Ski Area. The roads are winding and hilly, giving guests that authentic mountain drive experience, but the reward is a serene setting with convenient access to both nature and attractions. It’s the perfect balance of being tucked away in a quiet mountain neighborhood while still just a short drive to restaurants, shops, and family-friendly activities.



Getting Around:

The property is situated in an authentic mountain setting, which means the drive features steep, curvy roads with switchbacks that provide an authentic Smoky Mountain experience. While the streets are paved and accessible year-round, they can be narrow and winding, so guests should take their time and drive carefully.



In the winter months, 4WD or AWD is strongly recommended, as the roads can become slippery or icy. Please note that we do not plow the streets, so guests should plan accordingly if snow is in the forecast. For those not used to mountain driving, it may feel challenging at first, but the reward is a peaceful location with incredible views just a short drive from downtown Gatlinburg and nearby attractions.
