This house was a perfect place to stay while we enjoyed the Kentucky Derby and surrounding area. Beautifully decorated, comfortable and well appointed with everything we needed and more. Stephanie was extremely responsive to questions and requests. We highly recommend staying at this property.

Cute house with plenty of space for 6 adults. The host had the bathrooms stocked with misc items, which was helpful. We loved the poker room and spent a lot of time in there. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Perfect location for the bourbon trail and the town is super cute with great food and bars. Our favorite places were the House of Commons, the Stave, and Castle and Key.

We had an absolute wonderful time. The house is very well appointed and comfortable!!! Steph was extremely responsive. There was actually a power outage in the neighborhood during our stay, which was resolved by the electric company rather quickly. But Steph went above and beyond and had flashlights delivered to the house just in case. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone traveling to the area!
