This property is centrally located to all the main attractions; Keeneland, the bourbon trail, and Rail Explorers. It was also easy to drive to local restaurants for food.
What a wonderful find and a great place to stay while exploring Kentucky and the bourbon trail. Brooke and Dave have a beautiful home with a nice deck and fire pit which is great for afternoon or evening hangouts. The home is also located not far from several distilleries. We had no problem navigating to and from each day. I highly recommend this home and these hosts!
Very nice home in a great location for the bourbon trail! 3 bedrooms with king beds and 2 full bathrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom with a king bed and a full bath downstairs. Lots of room for a big group. We enjoyed the game room downstairs and the deck and firepit off the dining area. Walmart close by to pick up groceries. Would definitely recommend to anyone coming to the area. We visited Buffalo Trace, Woodford Reserve and Castle and Key.
A fantastic stay. Communication with the host was excellent, and the place was very spacious. The location was perfect for exploring the area distilleries. The hot-tub was a nice feature. My family was happy w/ the stay.
We will definitely look up this property when visiting the area again. Communication from the owner was timely with no further questions needed on our end. Everything we needed was there and the location is great when navigating between Frankfort and Bardstown.

Thank you so much for staying with us Brad! We are so pleased to hear you enjoyed the property and you found the location ideal to spend your time exploring the bourbon trail. We would love to have you back anytime!
This house was absolutely perfect for our stay. We enjoyed it so much we ended up canceling our plans the last night and instead spent time as a group hanging out on the property. All of the furniture and bedding was extremely comfortable. The theme of the house fits perfectly with the surrounding area. I would absolutely recommend staying here and would love to return.

We had a great stay! The hosts were very friendly and communicative our entire stay. The home was modern and clean with everything that you'd need. It was located in a nice neighborhood and about a 30 minute drive to Keeneland which is the reason we were visiting! Overall a great time and would rent this home again! Thank you :)
This place was the perfect home base for our bourbon trail trip. The location couldn’t have been better—centrally located between several distilleries, which made planning our days really easy. It was also close to restaurants and grocery stores when we needed anything. The house itself was fantastic. It was clean, modern, and had all the amenities we needed. One night we enjoyed the fire pit out on the beautiful patio, and another night we relaxed in the hot tub —both were highlights of our stay. Overall, this really is an ideal spot for anyone doing the Bourbon Trail. Great location, great house, and great atmosphere. Communication from the host was excellent as well. I would definitely recommend staying here and would gladly book again.
This was a great weekend on Bourbon Trail with a few friends of mine and this place made the weekend. Would love to come back. Very clean and the views were amazing. Brooke, our host, was awesome.
Great property in a great little town. The property itself had 4 large bedrooms with king beds extra pillows, extra towels and even complementary toothbrushes (which you never see). Property is fairly new with new appliances and smart TVs and was great for a couple days with lifelong buddies doing the bourbon trail. The town has plenty of small coffee shops and restaurants all within a 5 min drive, while feeling like you are out in the countryside. Would recommend for any guys or girls weekends or families.
