At the edge of the storybook Southern Highlands village of Exeter, on a beautiful five-acre parcel of land this elegantly renovated property provides spacious entertaining areas loaded with modern comforts and features. Surrounded by beautiful countryside, award winning wineries, golf courses and wedding venues it is the perfect property for a private country get away.

Entering the gates you are welcomed down a stunning tree-lined driveway into a rural sanctuary. The landscape features mature trees, a creek and dam, stables, grassy paddocks (home to resident steers and local wildlife) and rose garden. The securely fenced house garden that overlooks the dam and adjacent fields offers a private outdoor dining area with bbq grassed area and fruit trees.

The internal floor plan offers 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a separate powder room.

The Master retreat is at one end of the house with king size bed, private ensuite and robe/ dressing area. The alternate bedrooms are located in the other wing of the home. All in close proximity to bathrooms and laundry. Bedrooms 2 to 4 are set up with queen size beds and built in robes. The 5th bedroom/ Study has 1 x king single bed.

The large Master retreat has a private ensuite with shower, heated towel rail, sink and wc.

The Main family bathroom offers a shower and a built in bath with a vanity and powder room adjacent for flexibility of use.

An addition powder room is located towards the laundry and living spaces.

For entertainment there is a large billiards room with equipment to enjoy a game, an open fireplace to relax by, Smart TVs with Foxtel and Netflix, DVD player, Playstation with games and wifi throughout.

The Kitchen and Meals area has a dishwasher, microwave, double oven, grill, fridge/freezer, induction cook top and range hood, pantry, toaster, coffee pod machine and milk frother. The Kitchen is set up with cooking utensils and appliances, crockery, cutlery, glassware and platters for 9 guests. There is also an informal dining zone and lounge area (plus additional tv) in the Kitchen space for your enjoyment.

The garden around the home is fully fenced with a separate BBQ area with large 6 burner gas BBQ and wok, an outdoor dining setting with large umbrella and separate seating zones around the landscaped grounds for you to enjoy the view and relax in an amazing setting. Entally Park is an ideal property for families, groups and couples.

All bedding and towels provided for guests. Electric blankets to all beds with additional comforters for cold weather.

Ducted heating and cooling throughout the home. A separate wood burning fireplace to the living room and 2 x relocatable Dyson fan heaters.

GETTING AROUND
We are located a short, 5 minute drive from the renowned Exeter Village General Store/ Café, Antique shop and train station. 15 minutes to the amenities of Moss Vale and 10 minutes to Bundanoon. 30 minutes to Bowral, Berrima and Burrawang.

Under 2 hrs easy drive from Sydney, Entally Park is easily connected back to the Hume Motorway (M3) via Sallys Corner Rd.

Lovely location
This house is in lovely condition in a lovely location (with some lovely cattle roaming the property(. The rooms are comfortable, and the house appliances (including heating and fireplace) are perfect for crisp autumn nights. We really enjoyed our stay.

Lovely highland stay
Our family of 8 adults and a 2 year old stayed here over the June long weekend. The house was spacious, the pool table was great and the kitchen very well equiped. Our host Brooke was always quick to respond to any queries. We all enjoyed the cows and wandering on the property. Cafes and shops were minutes away by car as were bush walks in the National Park. It was a particularly cold weekend and the fireplace was very well used. Unfortunately the air-conditioning at one end of the house stopped working, only sending out cold air. Two Dyson heaters managed to keep us warm. Whoever was up first in the morning had the job of turning on the heaters and lighting the fire! Brooke did offer to relocate us however we felt the logistics of this would have put a dampener on our stay. It was a shame this happened, nonetheless we did enjoy our stay.

My partner and I had been searching for a few years when we found this amazing farm in the middle of the stunning Southern Highlands. It was surrounded by award winning wedding venues, old pubs, spectacular countryside and amazing wineries. After some renovation and TLC to the house and grounds it is now our dream property and ready for guests as a weekender, holiday accommodation, events location or as a rural retreat.

The property is surrounded by amazing wineries, wedding venues, restaurants/bars, golf, horse riding and shopping. There is something for everyone.

Whether you want to relax in your own little slice of peaceful country heaven, entertain the kids or spend a weekend exploring pubs, antique stores or foodie tours, host an event, take wedding or media photography this property is in easy access of it all.

It is within 10 minutes drive of Bowral, Moss Vale and Berrima and easily connected to the M3.

What makes this property unique

The house offers spectacular views from every window and lets you experience the seasons in comfort.

The open fireplace is wonderful to relax by with a glass of wine and a book.
The Billiards table and Kitchen offer opportunities to engage with family and friends.

We have three resident steers and a cow that wander the property. Guests can feed the animals and interact with them within the paddocks.

The established gardens are full of fruit and flowering trees for your enjoyment and there are a variety of flowering and seasonal plants to explore.

The property also has a beautiful dam, creek and open paddocks to explore and play in. It really is an exceptional property to spend a weekend or a month.
