Three Pines Lodging & Marina is a great place to enjoy a vacation with your family and friends. Come enjoy your stay in one of our five cozy cabins with a beautiful view of the lake. Our larger cabins sleep 8 to 13 with two smaller cabins sleeping 2 to 3. Opening the first weekend in May for the start of Walleye season staying open through ice fishing season. Bring your boat and enjoy the convenience of launching and docking steps away from your cabin. One dock is included with each cabin rental. Extra docks available for a fee.

At Three Pines Lodging & Marina, LLC, Sylvan Beach on Oneida Lake is a quick boat ride away. Check out our video of Sylvan Beach from one end to the other. Great family beach with warm water and natural sand. You can drive your boat in close to enjoy our amazing local restaurants, bars, and casino or to just hang out in the water with friends. Enjoy the many events throughout the summer including car shows, bike night, bands in the park, parades, activities for kids, fireworks and so much more!

We have extra parking for trucks and trailers as well as four wheelers and snowmobiles for ice fishing or snowmobiling. We are 1/8th of a mile from the snowmobile trail. Enjoy a ride around the lake or take a ride to the famous Tugg Hill Plateau (30 miles).
