Located in a premier resort community 15 min to Downtown Naples and 15 min to Marco Island, you will have access to pool with waiter service, volleyball, tennis and bocce courts, table tennis, private restaurant, ice cream shop, caffe and movie theatre all in the 20,000sqft town square.
This vacation property requires the completion of an information application to be submitted directly to the HOA within 3 days of booking.
Approval from the HOA is required for access to amenities.
