Welcome to your Galveston getaway! This professionally designed 3-bedroom, 2-bath home is just a short walk to the beach and perfect for families or groups up to 15. Enjoy cozy indoor spaces and a charming outdoor area complete with a fire pit and comfy furniture. Whether you’re relaxing after a day in the sun or exploring the island, you’ll feel right at home. Unwind, make memories, and soak up the best of Galveston from this inviting coastal retreat.



Location: Historic downtown area of Galveston, Texas



Beach access: Short walk to the beaches at the Seawall.



WINTER TEXAN RATE: If you’re trying to escape to the Gulf Coast for the winter. Please ask us about our reduced monthly rates October 1 - March 1.



Rent BeachBox: Looking for beach gear for your Galveston getaway? We have you covered! Beach chairs and tents can be ready at the house upon your arrival. Message us for details and rates.



Pest Control: Due to the coastal environment, mosquitoes & seasonal pests may be present. Professional pest control treatments are performed monthly.



WIFI: Free high-speed WIFI is available throughout the home.



Cable: We provide Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own Amazon Prime, Netflix, or other streaming service apps as well.



Pet policy: 2 dogs are allowed for a fee of $25 per dog. All pets must be approved.



Parking: 2 spots in front of the home (fits sedan size cars), 2 spots accessible behind the home in the alley way.



Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.



Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.



Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.
