Bright and spacious modern 4 bedroom, 2 bath fully furnished and equipped renovated 2000 sq. ft. vacation pool home located in the Ormond By The Sea. Attached two car garage.
4 minutes walk to the beach going East. 4 minutes walk to the Intercostal Waterway going West. The house is located on a quiet street in a very safe and family friendly Sea Bridge neighborhood of single-family homes.
Screened swimming pool in the private backyard. Covered sitting area. Kitchen is equipped with full size electric stove, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, glasses, cutlery, table-ware, pots and pans. Hand, bath towels and linens are provided. Central AC, washer, dryer, cable TV, internet, and Wi-Fi.
Access to no traffic, orange sand beach is right across the street.

Check-out instructions
The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Check-out Time: 10 a.m.
• Please dispose all leftover food in the trash and bring all trash to the curb for county pickup.
Please clean grill after use.
• Do not strip the beds; our cleaning crew will take care of it.
*If you have time please start washing the towels.
Leave the garage remote on the table next to the front door.
Place the TV and Roku remotes next to the each TV, lock the front door, and place the key under the doormat at the front entrance.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
