Iridanos Villa is a brand new, 3-bedroom stone built Villa with a private pool and nice sea views, 400 meters from the mixed sandy and shingle beach of Kissamos. A few beachfront restaurants can be found is short walking distance. Many super markets and shops are available in the centre of the town of Kissamos, which is 2 km away.

Iridanos Villa is a sea-view ground floor level villa of 160 sq m with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. A spacious open plan living room area with a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a dining table and an office area is provided. Balcony doors offer access to the garden and pool area from the living room and kitchen area with lovely sea views.

One master double bedroom and two twin bedrooms are available, as well as one bathroom with a bathtub and a second shower bathroom. Air conditioning, free wireless internet, washing machine, iron, ironing board and hairdryer are provided.

The pool area features a private pool with a children's corner and hydro massage, sun loungers and an outdoor shower. An outdoor shaded seating area and a lovely sea view garden with grass and flowers surrounded by a green landscape offer guests a relaxing time. Barbecue facilities and private parking space are available.

The famous beach of Falassarna is 15 km away, and the inique beach of Elafonisi is 40 km away. The town of Chania is 34 km east.

Amazing time in Crete

A wonderful place to stay. The pool is amazing and it is close to the hwy for easy access to all sights on the island. The owners welcomed us with fresh fruit and raki and were always available during the stay. We appreciated the cleaning every few days too! Thank you so much for making our trip so memorable.

A beautiful property in a great location to explore the west side of Crete. The house is modern, warm and inviting with lots of space for our family of five - all adult sized. The pool was perfect for cooling off in and surrounded by a beautiful orchard. The local fish and meat tavern provided tasty meals and friendly service. From this location we made trips to nearby Falasarna beach (the best beach overall to go to from this location at only 20 minutes drive), Balos, Chania, Paleochora and others. The hosts were great, greeting us at the property to get us settled, welcoming us with a Raki toast and leaving us with lots of farm fresh fruit and a bottle of olive oil. Would have happily stayed longer, and would happily return if only we didn't live on the other side of the world.
