Hello Sugar Beach Resort Lovers! We have just purchased this Direct Ocean & Beachfront Penthouse Condo in a Spectacular Setting! This condo had a A+ rating for the prior long term owners through one of Maui's largest rental agencies! We are underpricing our condo for our Grand Opening Kick Off! our prices change by the month but we will always be less than the agencies and always willing to make a deal to fill our open dates lowest rates are 129$ a night but the rates fluctuate during the peak sell out seasons so book early! aloha!
We searched the island for the Best Direct Oceanfront View Experience With Breathtaking Front Row Seats For Whale Watching Season and this is it! With 24/7 of Romantic and Soothing Ocean Waves! Huge Heated Pool, Extra Large Spa, Central Air and very rare washer & dryer in the Condo!!....

Our Sugar Beach Resort Condo is one of the very few without Blocking Walls! Why go to Maui and not be right on the Ocean??
We have Maui’s Most Magical, Full Panoramic View of the Ocean, Beach and Islands beyond! Why settle for a garden view when you can be right on the Ocean! Most other units, if you look to the right or to the left you are peering straight into a wall! Not This Condo!
