I am a father of 3 grown children and a grandfather of 1 so far. I run a real estate company with my wife of almost 30 years. We have owned and operated vacation rentals in the areas for over 10+ years. When I saw this property, I had to list the others on the market for sale and move out to this amazing home. I am an avid tennis player who enjoys golfing, live music, restaurants and fellowship with great friends and family. Come and give this home a try. You won't be disappointed.

I have always had a long term goal of getting a nice home in PGA West with a great view, pool and something we could be proud to enjoy with friends and family.
What makes this property unique
I am told the previous owners spent close to $1,000,000 on upgrades throughout this home including extensive wood ceilings, framed windows, solid core Mahogany doors, beautiful pool and spa, paver walkways and driveway, iron entry door, Pella windows, built in speakers, large retractable awning, professional misters - the list goes on.
